How we serve.
Revitalize Counseling & Consultation Services, LLC utilizes the Simple Practice electronic management system for scheduling. Our weekly schedules will consist of individual, couples, family, and group sessions for all clinicians. Online and in person therapy consultations and sessions are available. All appointment scheduling, cancellations, missed appointments, calendar management and book-keeping will be conducted via this link: Simple Practice. Please provide a 24 hour notice for all cancellations.

Client Charges and Payments
Rates:
- Individual Coaching $100 per hour
- Individual Sessions $125 per hour
- Couples and Family rates are based on size and focus of session starting at $165 per hour
- Group rates are based on type, age, and focus of session (call for more information)
- Consultation Service rates are determined after company evaluation
RCCS accepts all major insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid. Additional payment methods include Cash, Credit or Debit Card, and CashApp. A sliding scale for payments is available pending approval.
